Google Play Account Deletion Policy Overview
In accordance with Google Play's User Data and Account Deletion policies, users of PingTune: Notification Sounds have the right to request permanent deletion of their account credentials and all associated personal data.
This public web resource allows you to initiate account deletion without requiring you to have the application currently installed on your device.
What Data is Deleted Upon Request
When your account deletion is processed, our database permanently and irrevocably deletes:
- Google OAuth account authentication credentials
- Cloud-synchronized app package name to audio chime mappings
- Custom sound files uploaded for cloud synchronization in Supabase Storage
- Device sync registration tokens
Data Retention & Retention Period
Retention Policy: Zero data retained. PingTune operates 100% locally on-device for notification detection; notification message text and contact senders are NEVER collected, uploaded, or stored.
Timeframe: Cloud settings and custom sound files are permanently erased within 7 business days.
How to Delete Your Account
Open PingTune app → Tap Settings → Tap 'Account & Cloud Backup' → Select 'Delete Account & Synced Data' → Confirm.
