We aggregate publicly available information about Tamil Nadu government welfare schemes from the Tamil Nadu Open Data Portal (data.tn.gov.in) and other public sources. We present this data in a bilingual, easy-to-search format for the convenience of Tamil Nadu citizens.

The eligibility shown in the App is based on the rules we have encoded for each scheme and the profile information you provide. It is indicative only. Final eligibility is determined solely by the relevant Tamil Nadu government department.

Verify with Official Sources

Before applying for any scheme, you must verify eligibility, benefit amounts, required documents, and application steps with the official government department or the official scheme webpage linked from the App.

  • Scrape, copy, or republish scheme data from the App for commercial purposes.
  • Disrupt the App, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other users.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your profile. Inaccurate information may lead to incorrect eligibility matches and missed opportunities.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account used to sign in. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

Limitation of Liability

No warranty on outcomes.

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Trendyoo Tech is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on the information presented in it.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that all scheme information is fully up-to-date at every moment. Government schemes change frequently.

Intellectual Property

App & Branding

The TN Scheme Finder name, logo, design, source code, and all original content (excluding government scheme data) are owned by Trendyoo Tech and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Government scheme data is in the public domain via the Tamil Nadu Open Data Portal and is used in accordance with its published terms.

App Updates & Termination

Updates

We may release updates that add features, fix bugs, or modify functionality. You agree to install updates promptly for the best experience and security.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last Updated" date and notify you via an in-app notice for significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
